latest update on my lifestyle changes

I haven't posted much since last week.

Changing some things around a little, also I have been watching ABC's the Revolutions, if you haven't watched this show yet, it is inspiring!

I am using all the tips that they recommended.

I wrote down and post on my refrigerator all the things for long term, intermediate and short term goals.

I also have been doing my new Wii Game My fitness Coach 2, I never had the first one.

Also, I have been using Green shakes 

You take Frozen Bananas at least 2, handful of spinach or any Green Leafy Vegetables, I am trying Kale Tomorrow and you put another fruit in it, I use Blueberries, LOVE BLUEBERRIES!!, and enough water.

It makes enough for 3 8 oz. servings, so I have been having them for breakfast every morning.

Today I made her chocolate shake which is listed here:


I also ordered the cocoa powder she recommends, I use Vanilla Almond Milk, don't use the Vanilla Stevia.

It is yummy

The shakes make at least 2 servings, so I will have my other one for lunch.

For exercise. I have doing the Wii Games, I lost 2 lbs, I am down 219. 

Also, I got myself back on the treadmill. I am now up to half an hour and doing a little over a mile, and 3.0 speed as well.

In just a few short days I am starting to feel more energy.

So, just an update on what I am doing.
